Andy is fully trained in P&L sheets/rota planning/budget planning, stock management, so can bring a wide range of experience to the client.

John Palmer

The very busy head office is run by John Palmer, the founder of LTA/P4P, covering the Cheshire/Staffordshire/Derbyshire/Mersyside areas with his team of Associates. Over 20 years of running a very successful office, together with hands on experience owning a small hotel/pub group/nightclub/restaurants during that time, and previous Hotel Management/General Management experience at four star level on the South Coast. John has been in the trade from school days, assisting in the family hotel business, and can offer a wealth of experience and guidance to all his clients, and has built his business on reputation and offering a first class service.
